Brascomb's Meats LLC was inspired by the vision of Gene ("Daddy") Brascomb, Sr., an entrepreneur and business owner from Troy, AL, who started his sausage business in 1960. Brascomb created and crafted the ”Dixie flavor” recipe, and eventually became known for his exceptionally tasting "Gene's Sausages". Darwin (Brascomb's son) decided to carry on his father's legacy by formally relaunching Brascomb's Meats, and sharing his "taste of home" with the world.
